It is important to us not only to leave a lasting mark in the history of Alpha Delta Theta, but also on our campus here at Saint Joseph's University and in the greater Philadelphia area. very sister is known as a unique and valuable woman in Alpha Delta Theta's history. Because of our intimate size, we are able to nurture deep friendships with each individual sister. Like a family, Alpha Delta Theta sisters are forever part of each other's lives. Being part of our sorority is an experience beyond becoming part of an organization, but rather joining a sisterhood that can never be broken. Alpha Delta Theta is a group of women whose main goal is to promote the camaraderie of science majors on campus while preparing our members for a lifetime of professionalism in the health field. We achieve this through many fellowship events such as Progressive Dinner, Restaurant Outings, Secret Santa, Ice Skating, Brother Dates, and a Spring Formal. We achieve this through annual service events such as Soup Kitchen, Blood Drives, Senior Home, Tent City, Pancakes for Pups, Boo at the Zoo, Vagina Monologues, etc. Our main purpose as an organization is to allow members the chance to develop leadership skills through volunteer opportunities in the chapter, campus, community, and national levels.
